Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Pitmasters Anonymous shirt. If you are not happy with the shirt you receive for any reason, email customers@pitmastersanonymous.com within 30 days after delivery and include your order number. We will refund the price you paid for the shirt to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 30 days after delivery and include a photo if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. A refund for one of these issues includes the original shipping charge for the affected item.

Returns

Our shirts are printed when ordered. You do not need to mail a shirt back to receive a refund under this guarantee unless we ask you to. If we request a return, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Shipping charges and refund timing

For other satisfaction claims, original shipping charges are not refunded. We issue refunds to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the funds appear.
